Warm days ahead. 🙌🏼 Things do work out way more often with a goal in
mind. On the day I hurt my shoulder I set a personal goal to surf waves
in roughly two and a half months and just booked everything - no plan B!
🏄♂️ Right now I’d say I’m at around 78% of my mobility. My mind
though still protects the shoulder with pain in certain positions. I
gotta trick my mind to progress faster… A friend told me the waves do
have real power were we are going. I have to put everything into it 💪🏼
